So my garden is producing zucchini like crazy and I'm starting to realize that I don't have that many recipes for zucchini. Here is the gourmet dinner that I made myself the other night. It is linguine with zucchini and goat cheese. Doesn't that sound fancy!! I must admit, that after spending $6.00 on 4 oz. of goat cheese, I'm not sure if I would make this again. It was okay, but not all that great. But doesn't my zucchini look tasty. I am such a fabulous gardener!!
