Legoland

These pictures are totally out or order, but alas here they are. Sophie had lots of fun on this little horse ride.  Unfortunately, Tanner wasn't big enough to ride it.

We were lucky enough to go to Legoland around Christmas last year (2013) for a couple of days and stay in the Legoland Hotel.  It was so much fun!  I think the kids may have loved the hotel more than the park.  We had a cool pirate themed Lego room, the elevators had a disco ball hanging in them and every time the doors closed disco music and lights would start playing, but the best part of all was the giant whoopee cushion built into the ground that the kids got to step on every time they walked by it that was the biggest hit.  Nothing like some fantastic fart noises to really make a vacation worth while!
Scarlett and I went on a roller coaster together that Sophie was too afraid to handle.  I thought Scarlett would be ok since she likes fast rides.  I was wrong.  This photo of us was taken before the ride started.  She ended up in tears.  I felt like such a bad mom!
The kids had their own little room with bunk beds and their own TV.  We felt pretty darn fancy in this hotel.
Rob had to pose by the Lego Darth Vader and Chewbacca.  I think he was secretly wishing they were real!
