This year Sophie was so excited to pick a pumpkin to carve. In fact we picked our pumpkins on Tuesday and she couldn't wait until Thursday to carve them, so we compromised by carving hers that day. We soon realized that she is not as big a fan of carving as she thought she was, and Rob ended up doing all the carving himself. Fast forward to Thursday for a our pumpkin carving party.
This first picture shows what Sophie really thinks of pumpkin carving. She couldn't wait to get down and away from the "stinky" pumpkins. She wouldn't even help get the seeds out. What kind of communist child are we raising who doesn't love pumpkin carving?
I promise we aren't torturing her in any of these pictures, but she sure looks miserable doesn't she. Poor child!!
