Strawberry Reservoir

So James and Malinda took us to this beautiful lake on day called Strawberry Reservoir. We were planning on a day of kayaking, swimming and fishing in the hot sun, but when we got there, the temperature had dropped to like 70 degrees and it was pretty breezy. The water there is pretty dang cold so non of us were all that thrilled to hop in. We had a yummy picnic lunch and played for a few hours.

Everybody lounging on the shore. We ate way too many chips and cookies that day. Pretty darn tasty!!

Claire definitely had the right idea. Way too chilly to inter tube on the lake. It was much nicer on the shore!!
