The weather has been so nice lately that we Martins have been able to enjoy some super fantastic water gun fights. Rob and Sophie found some dang good water guns at Big Lots (their favorite store), and they have been put to good use.
Sophie has great aim. Somehow she is able to squirt me directly in the eyeball, or right in my ear. Nothing like a shot of water to the eardrum to refresh you on a hot day.
She and Rob often gang up on me, which is entirely unfair. I don't know if it's my bad aim, or my excessive girth which slows me down, but I am never able to get them as wet as they get me.
